Private instruction available
One-on-one instruction for new students allows enough time for specific issues concerning general discomfort, lifestyle modification and rehabilitation of injuries. Long term practitioners will gain insight into their practice by introducing advanced postures and techniques. In studio private class is $65. Lessons at your location $75.
