HOT YOGA

New to our studio and the first in the Lehigh Valley. Come sweat with us in our heated room (95 + degrees) and feel the body de-tox as we take you through a challenging flow. You will LOVE the way Hot Yoga makes you feel. This class is not for beginners or people with heart problems or high blood pressure. Please bring a towel or two for sweat, plenty of water, and wear clothes that keep you cool.

Power Fusion was first created and presented at our studio by Jacque, the owner, in 2005. The concept of this class is to challenge the body and mind in a power vinyasa flow that focuses on strengthening the core and upper body. You'll develop strength, balance, flexibility and endurance to benefit you in all areas of your life. This class will push you to your limit and leave you feeling light and centered. Try all the instructors for their varied approaches to this free form practice. You're guaranteed to enjoy your experience!

Level 2 class is best to start. Level 2 - 3 for more advanced students.

There is no level 1 class. This class is not for beginners.

Power Fusion Core Intensive: Level 3 is a 45 minute Extremely Vigorous practice that concentrates on strengthening the core. We may add upper body, legs and hips, and hand and arm balances. The practice is extremely challenging. Your body is pushed to the edge of your endurance and the mind is challenged to remain calm and focused. The breath becomes the wave you ride through the intensity of the class which is then followed by a deep 15 minute relaxation (savasana). Try it Saturday morning and follow it with our Ashtanga RE-mix for a 2 hour class that will leave you energized and full of life.
