Once you begin to be familiar with the sequence of the Ashtanga sun salutations, standing and closing postures, you are ready to join a Mysore style class. In this self guided class, you will receive appropriate assists for your level of practice to advance you safely and effectively. This is the true form of practicing Ashtanga yoga and all Ashtanga students are encouraged to attend. It is the only way to really explore the practice and make it your own.
Our instructors are experienced and well trained in assists and will take your practice to the next level.
Classes are offered Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday.
