meditative yoga - main page
Lehigh Valley Yoga was originally an "Ashtanga only" studio. Over time, we have added other forms of yoga and now offer a range of meditative, more gentle yoga styles. If you are looking for a class that helps to center and calm you with meditation, breath work, and deep stretching, try one of these:

Satsang (yoga philosophy)
Satsang is an informal gathering where yoga practitioners can openly and freely share and discuss topics related to yoga and yogic philosophy. Satsang is a Sanskrit word (sat meaning truth or being, and sanaga meaning gathering or coming together). The purpose of satsang is for those in search for knowledge to gain a deeper understanding of the truths that underlie yogic practice and yogic living. Connect with like-minded people and form friendships as we talk, read, sing, meditate, and share together. Satsang with Joe is offered free Monday nights 9:00 to 9:30 PM following Power Fusion.
